Acting Stars!

Congratulations to Nia and Charlotte who performed in Elevate last weekend.

Elevate is a big show, (600 fully booked out theatre) compromising of a select group of students from each Stagecoach throughout Surrey and Hampshire - all brought together to raise money for the children’s charity InStep, which promotes the singing/drama/dance inclusion for children with disabilities.

The performance was at the Aldershot Princes Hall, they spent all day at the theatre, with curtain opening at 7pm and although a little overwhelmed they performed  amazingly, singing “hoist the colours” from pirates of the Caribbean, dancing and acting alongside other children!

What a wonderful experience!

Star of the Week!

Congratulations to you all!

Year 5s' Day in Space!

Comments about the day…
Whilst in the VR headsets we saw the Earth and Moon and it looked so real it could have been right in front of you    SB
The VR was very realistic and it felt like you were actually in space J.O
I loved the VR headsets because I could see the earth and the sun I looked around and saw so much more it was so cool! KH
The planetarium was really fun because we saw constellations S.B
It makes learning fun when you do things like this! ED
Making constellations was super fun BG
I loved it because it was creative yet fun K.H

Most of 5SB managed, through the astronaut quiz, to show that they are capable of becoming an astronaut – we wonder if anyone actually will…?

Bushy Bedtime Book Day

We had a great (and very comfy (in our pyjamas!)) day yesterday and the children were truly inspired by each others' and the staff's book choices.

Some wonderful costumes - thank you for all the effort that went in to these.

Surrey v Hampshire + Bushy Hill

Not a good result for Surrey on Tuesday, but we had a great time watching the match in the sunshine and having a go at the activities!

Some children could throw over 40mph!!
